Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped via DPD Tracked Delivery for your peace of mind.

  • Ireland: Next-day delivery (order cut-off: 10:00 PM)

  • UK & EU: Typically 2–5 working days

  • USA & International: Delivery times vary by region; tracking details will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot change an address once an order has been processed.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, please email info@handsomescent.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@handsomescent.com so we can resolve the issue promptly—whether that means a replacement, credit, or refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the standard return process above. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used fragrances or opened items cannot be accepted for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
